Too many problems

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..
Easy to work with. Easy in and out. Once we made the deal, it only took 20 minutes to get me out the door. I was in and out in less than an hour, including test drive, negotiation, and processing the sale!

It's a reliable pickup very comfortable. Has plenty of power for mountain driving. Hauls 1800 pounds of feed suspension holds up well. Haven't given enough hey miles to know milage.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan 370Z for my grandson. The car has 112, 385 miles on the odometer and looks brand new. The interior is in excellent condition. The outside is pristine. I looked at several of the other vehicles on their lot and was amazed at the condition and pricing of the vehicles. I shopped several dealerships before making my purchase and none even came close to the price or quality of this dealer. They even provided me with a free Car Fax report. I would definitely recommend Extreme Motors to anyone who is looking for a well maintained quality vehicle.

By far the best Chevy truck I’ve ever owned. I’ll always own a Chevy truck but this one is particularly difficult for me to let go of. Great truck, great deal.

Dent in the passenger side of the bumper could have been addressed, had 2 tires put on rather than four, 2 blown bulbs right off the lot, needed front brakes, and low engine oil light came on after owning vehicle 3 days.. possible engine oil consumption due to piston rings (Glad I have power train left). But overall, I still like the vehicle.. I’m just glad that I am a technician myself.
I like this car lot. Found everything I was looking for. I have purchased a car from here before. And I would recommend this lot to everyone.

Love this truck. The design of the interior and exterior is on point. The truck handles well has lots of features it’s a smooth ride it’s everything you want in a truck and more only thing could say that could be better is there is a slight lag in get up and go when you really wanna get on it.
That the service department was able to service my vehicle without setting up an appointment. Will continue to use Courtesy for all my vehicle service needs.

At all cost avoid this truck, it has serious issues with the 5.3 engine. The afm or active fuel management system is junk. Mine took a crap at 51000 miles. A guy at my work . truck engine failed at 21000 mile. The fix, they have to replace the engine..
I contacted this dealer after seeing their listing on cars.com. They quickly followed up with my and posted additional pictures of the vehicle that I was interested in. They also were willing to meet me half-way for a test drive (I live about 1:20 from the dealership). Prior to the test drive, they ran the vehicle through their shop for a full inspection. The salesman that I worked with was very helpful and our conversations did not feel pressured at all. After agreeing for a fair price, we drove to Monroe to finalize the purchase. My only complaint is that the vehicle only had one set of keys instead of two. However, the salesman was able to provide an extra key on site while I wrapped up the purchase. Still only have one key fob/remote though. Overall, a pleasant buying experience.
I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. Thank you Jim Taylor for caring about customer care along with quailty with out the huge pricing.
