I live in Seattle and it was worth the trip to purchase my new 4Runner from them. We settled the price over before the trip over the course of a few phone calls. They didn't have the 4Runner I wanted in stock, but ordered it for me. They beat the closest bid by Seattle dealerships by $1000. I caught a Greyhound out there for $25. They offered to pick me up from the bus dropoff point, but I didn't need it. I was helped immediately as I got there. There were no surprises. The bill was exactly as they said. They educated me on additional features and services, but did not push the sale to an uncomfortable point. I wanted a rush on the license plates so I could apply for my Seattle resident parking permit and they obliged. These people are very honest and down to Earth.

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
I brought my Motor Home in there to have the engine replaced at your service center and I hope that your service technicians can live up to the confidence that was installed in me from your Service Specialist Jesica Orozco. Jesica was beyond helpful with the knowledge and continued communication every step of the installation process in the 2 weeks or so that the engine was being replaced. She made me believe that your technician staff were doing everything possible to make sure that the work being done was professional and up to the highest standards possible. Every step of the way when something would come up that needed approval or special attention from me I was informed, she made me believe that the work being done was to the highest standards. I do sincerely hope that your technicians live up to the standards and confidence that Jesica showed in her professionalism and caring of me and my motor home. She was amazing !
I've played the car buying many time in my like and I do appreciate the professionalism I found with Mike Boner and UAC. I was not pressured and felt Mike did have my interests at heart. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. How often do you hear take your time and check around before you buy, from a dealer? Nice!
Went in to see if I could qualify for credit on a newer BMW I had been looking at online. They worked a deal with little down and low payments. I didn't think I'd be able to drive off in my new car the same day but they made it happen. Thanks guys.
