I took my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE to Premiere for a squeaky noise coming from the back end. It took them a few days to figure out exactly what was causing the noise but they finally figured out it was a bad strut and they replaced it under warranty. Jeff was great to work with and easy to talk to. I???ll continue to do business with Premiere.
Almost fixed everything , for the most part everything I took it in for was fixed . I still have an issue with my temperature gauge malfunctioning. Got to reschedule a visit to have it checked out more thoroughly. It could also came with a courtesy wash since my car was twice as dirty when I picked it up as opposed to when I drop it off , plus it smelled like gas and oil. Other than those two issues I don???t have any other complaints. The schedule maintenance was high in price also but hey what you expect nowadays.
The visit prior to this 1 I didn’t even get a new sticker after my oil change causing me to possibly have caused damage to my vehicle. Communication is also a big issue. I’ve heard others complain about not receiving calls about their vehicles being ready, also.
Christopher was amazing! He's super helpful and cares deeply for his customers. I would buy again from them without a doubt!
