I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. The dealership took me rite in, tentatively diagnosed the issue and keeping the car overnight fixed the problem. Courtesy rides home and pickup the next day and return to the dealership. Their customer waiting lounge is always very clean with many amenities like big screen TV, Desktop with computer and plenty of comfortable seats. Along with always stocked snacks and coffee/tea. They are very professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution to it. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist or the auto dealership. But my visits to Simms Chevy have always left me with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The guy calls with some story, it was just a sensor. Justin needs to find a new job, he's not a good salesman. Car was all clean on cars.com, get there it's all dirty, scratches all over it, way over priced for the condition of it.
The whole experience went very smoothly from start to finish. From our initial contact with Lydia, who was very knowledgeable about the lease program, the best vehicle for our budget, and the options available on the vehicle even the color options, to Michael B. who found the right vehicle and worked out a great deal with our trade-in and getting us all of the rebates available, and to Rhonda and Lacy in the finance office that handled all of the paperwork and fit us into their busy schedule and explained all of the lease terms very well, and all of this in less than 8 hours.
