Derek and his team were outstanding. They got my job done(oil change and fluids flushed)in a short time. Derek gave me a ballpark price and he backed the invoice down to match his quote(impressive!).

Found the truck I wanted online and contacted the internet sales staff online (Joey Smith). Joey was quick to respond and set up a convenient time for me to come by and see the truck. We agreed on a price and the rest went smooth from there. The finance person was not pushy and got me a rate/terms I was happy with. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Lone Star.
Pleased with service and salesman,staff were also professional and courteous. The education about the vehicle was clearly presented with time taken for individuals questions being considered and answered. The unit was exceptional clean and the dealership was heavily customer oriented. I would recommend my salesman and the dealership without hesitation. The location is an ideal place to shop; easy off and on freeway.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I recently purchased a 2018 Diesel Chevrolet Equinox from Parkway Chevrolet. My salesman, Brandon Sinegal, was excellent in providing me all the information I needed to make the process go smoothly and be a pleasurable experience. The professionalism of this dealership from start to finish was awesome.
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-

Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase.
