Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !

I really loved truck well equipped everything you would want just didn't have towing capabilities that I needed but was fun vehicle very sporty z71 badging just not mad for pulling airstream trailer
George was very helpful in my decision to buy this car, but sometimes follow through with promises were lacking. Still after a week my trade has not been paid for and the car I bought is still being advertised. They assured me there is no problem but I never saw the completion of the sale go so slow. More communication would be nice.

Absolutely a tricked out luxury vehicle with muscle for towing , hauling or just highway cruising
Saved a bunch purchasing a preowned low mileage vehicle in lol new condition from Mercedes Benz of Tampa without a doubt the most impressive buying experience ever.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This truck has great room in the front and back seats. The extra compartment and 120V outlet are a perfect addition to this vehicle. Love the dashboard as well
Simply put the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Personally I have never owned anything but a Ford and after working with William Andrews and Eric Hogue to purchase 5 trucks for work I made up my mind that they would get my personal vehicles as well. They both are genuine, sincere, honest and always follow up. Really I could not imagine a better experience purchasing a car. You all will now get my business when my wife needs a new SUV and once my boys start coming of age.
I would especially like to point out Eric's professionalism. In my business I can be very tough on vendors and he was awesome and never wavered in being polite and professional. As for my personal purchase he exceeded my expectations again. I told him I didn't have time to come in and spend a lot of time. He took everything I sent him about what I wanted and found exactly that truck and created an even better version.
At delivery time William was a first class customer service experience and that comes from someone who was trained in hospitality by Ritz Carlton.

Great truck up to 56000 miles and engine blows both sides of block. Block replaced by GM.. 1500 miles after repair, transmission problems. Turning vehicle into Chevrolet tomorrow for repair. wondering if I have a LEMON... let's see what happens.
I purchased a used car from Grand Motorcars on 11/29/18 and I must admit it was a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly but I was to take time to single out Janice Curry. Beautiful truck, both inside and out. Chevrolet has stepped up their game and thought of everything when it comes to styling,comfort and technology. The 6.2 motor is a beast.
This was my first time buying a car, and from the minute I stepped onto the property Janice and the entire team at Grand Motorcars made me feel comfortable. Janice was knowledgable about the cars that I was interested in, but did not pressure me into making a decision, which was great for a first time buyer. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

Debbie, was the best sales representative. She answered all questions that we had and handled several of our immediate concerns with our car. We needed a minor engine repair and she immediately arranged to have the car looked at by a mechanic and gave us a loaner vehicle without us having to ask. I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.
