I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
I walked in knowing what I wanted to see & buy. Deciding whether to go new or not was the issue. I decided to go with used. I am happy I did! From the minute I walked thru the door to getting handed over my new keys, my experience here was very professional, easy and overall satisfactory. My family has been coming here for years and the reason behind it is simple, this dealership has some of the BEST deals and the greatest customer service I've experienced. Joe Grahovec helped me first by going above and beyond in finding me the best car within my price range. He found me a great car with very little mileage and all the features I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the cars and had great customer service. Ryan Sitter was the finance manager that helped closed the deal for me. Not only did he give me an incredible closing deal but he also gave me GREAT financial advice about insurance and ways to save money. The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
Nice people, great cars, easy process. I got the financing needed and a good deal on my car. I recommend
