The receptionist, salesman, and finance person were prompt in responding, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Though I should probably wait to do this until after I actually receive my car from the transport company, I feel confident that all will be well. This was my first car buying from a distance and it went smoothly.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I'm enjoying it alot and will deal with him in the future. Thanks Bill and good luck.
My wife's new car kept dying on her & my two year old! Service department tried convincing my wife that it wouldn't hurt to drive the dying, messed up car back home & drive it through the weekend. After all it was still under warranty so if she left the parking lot & the motor blew up it would be covered.
However (Piresa Willis)the lady who sold us my wife's car! went above & beyond to get my wife & daughter home safely.... Thankyou Piresa willis & whoever helped in getting my wife & daughter home safely.

The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
Need a car or truck??? YOU NEED TO GO TO CHEVYLAND!!!

And when you Go to Chevyland???.ask for Justin Boyles! Justin was/is an awesome sales person. He really LISTENS to US, what WE were looking for, what OUR goals were as to our car buying experience and most importantly, where WE wanted to end up financially which is everyone's bottom line. Justin didn't seem to spend the endless time we've all had to endure at other dealership's trying to convince us to buy something 1. above our means and also 2. that we didn't want or need and finally 3. come to see/test drive/purchase. Justin truly cared about what our needs were and worked hard to ensure those needs were met. I've since told multiple people about Justin, his empathy, his care and concern for his customers and his willingness to get you in the car you not only came to see but wanted to leave in. Thank you Justin for all your help. Personally this is the second car I've personally purchased from Chevyland and the ease and convenience of it all there is really exceptional. In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.
The Server and service at Chevyland was Excellent and top notch professional proformance for me. Chevyland set high standards for servicing customers that Are unmatched around the city by their competitors The confidence that I have in the service department after my vehicle has been service is a peaceful one... thank you Chevyland and Mr. Wesley

This truck has great room in the front and back seats. The extra compartment and 120V outlet are a perfect addition to this vehicle. Love the dashboard as well
I took my vehicle in twice for vibration issue and possible steering issue. I was shrugged off by tech, supervising tech, and shop foreman. No loaner and they had car for week and a half. Brought it back to them on my day off and was told I needed to schedule an appt for next Wednesday morning at 7 am for road force balance. Dropped car off Tuesday evening, got a loaner, and the rest of the work week passed and no answer. I called twice to be put on hold and/or told I would get a call back. It took my husband calling and me calling through the next week to get any answer or diagnosis of the tests done. Found out it was a tire issue which they ordered tires and put on the car. After I picked up the car my husband noticed how the service department scratched my wheel covers. Sent pictures to TJ in service area. I never got a call from the service department. I had placed two calls to the sales managwr, James French, who called me after he got back from vacation. He assured me Chevyland would replace my damaged wheel covers.

Great truck up to 56000 miles and engine blows both sides of block. Block replaced by GM.. 1500 miles after repair, transmission problems. Turning vehicle into Chevrolet tomorrow for repair. wondering if I have a LEMON... let's see what happens.
