I was traveling to Florida and my Town and Country van was loaded with our snowbird seasonal gear when I struck a deer near Blufton Ohio and totaled the van. I called Garber to arrange a purchase of a used Pacifica they did not have one in stock that met my requirements. Garber arranged for a Loaner/Rental over the phone and I was on my way. Heather kept me informed of her efforts in locating a Pacifica, she contacted us and emailed us the details in Florida. We looked at vans in Florida and knew what color and accessories we wanted and she found one, had it prepped and we returned to Michigan and we had exactly the vehicle we wanted.
I have always bought and serviced my vehicles with this dealership. The sales team is so helpful and easy to work with! They will go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase! They have a great Team!

10-4-17 I bought a used GMC Yukon from WAP. Don and Heather were wonderful to deal with. I had a brake issue and called Don. He was concerned for my safety and made sure that Midas on Miller Rd in Flint got me right in for repair. Don paid for the full repair job and was awesome and concerned about if it had been fixed to my satisfaction. He also checked with me later in the day to make sure that I had no other issues.
It was such a pleasure to meet with Kim. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who has such a straight forward personal style. She was in touch with us on our quest to find the perfect vehicle throughout our search. Go talk to Kim!
She drove it on a friday, said they call on Monday nothing all week, so she called the service part of the dealership on the following Friday.
The guy calls with some story, it was just a sensor. Justin needs to find a new job, he's not a good salesman. Car was all clean on cars.com, get there it's all dirty, scratches all over it, way over priced for the condition of it.
The whole experience went very smoothly from start to finish. From our initial contact with Lydia, who was very knowledgeable about the lease program, the best vehicle for our budget, and the options available on the vehicle even the color options, to Michael B. who found the right vehicle and worked out a great deal with our trade-in and getting us all of the rebates available, and to Rhonda and Lacy in the finance office that handled all of the paperwork and fit us into their busy schedule and explained all of the lease terms very well, and all of this in less than 8 hours. I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. The dealership took me rite in, tentatively diagnosed the issue and keeping the car overnight fixed the problem. Courtesy rides home and pickup the next day and return to the dealership. Their customer waiting lounge is always very clean with many amenities like big screen TV, Desktop with computer and plenty of comfortable seats. Along with always stocked snacks and coffee/tea. They are very professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution to it. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist or the auto dealership. But my visits to Simms Chevy have always left me with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
