This was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The car was clean and in immaculate condition. The sales staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. We were not pressured or rushed and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The hardest part was choosing a car because they had so many nice ones to choose from. We will buy from them again and send our friends and family to see them....

Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!

Russ Cox (Sales Manager) and Chris Gagnon (Finance Manager) made the purchase effortless for the customer and were truly a joy to work with. The whole team addressed any concerns I had without making me feel as if I was asking too much or being difficult, and trust me I can be difficult (ask my wife). Awesome experience. Drove over 200 miles to get there, and it was worth every minute - from emailing with questions, to making an offer. I called and talked with Stephen. Very knowledgeable, tech savy about all the features and systems, and was a straight shooter. I sent pictures of my vehicle and negotiated everything over the phone. Showed up at the dealership and signed my paperwork and was out the door in about an hour. Leon was great too. Smooth transition through all the paperwork. Really like this dealership.
Simply a great experience and everyone was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy and I was given plenty of time to review all options. I visited all the local jeep dealers and was treated the best here. The manager AJ is a honest person and in the business for the right reasons. I would highly recommend driving to Lexington before any others.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process of buying our new Traverse. I would highly recommend this dealership and all the folks involved in our purchasing process ~ best "customer service" ever, and that's very hard to find these days!!
We have purchased 3 automobiles from Terry Labonte since 2010. We have purchased the Oil change packages for every single oil change to all three, UP UNTIL THIS ONE, service that is. The last package deal ran out when we had it last serviced. i don't know if it made a difference for not having the package, but one thing we really enjoyed was the complimentary interior cleaning/vacuuming. It was not cleaned this time. Is this a service, only performed, if you have the service package? Having said that, it is always a pleasant experience having service performed at TLC.
Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.

Had two of my cars worked on two different days, Dave Trout and William Butler were outstanding service consultants they took care of the repair process and kept me in the loop the whole time, the repairs were done in a timely manner and even had someone to take me from the dealership to my home and then back to the dealership when repairs were completed, I felt like I was there # 1 customer.
