I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!

I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
I was really impressed with Webb Chevy .more so with the dealer Geleco gee Marchbanks he made my process in buying a car real easy and fun ,he not only went over all paperwork but also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car .I really appreciated especially coming all the way from Detroit .I would recommend this place and have been to everyone.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.
Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!
I was interested in a white avalon with black interior that was fully loaded. I saw that they had one in stock and called the day before to see if they still had it. They did, but when I came in the next day they told me it was sold the same day I called. I wasn???t happy because i drove almost an hour to come and pick it up. I spoke with a salesman named Keith and he apologized and promised to contact me if he gets a similar vehicle in. 3 days later he texted me letting me know they had a black on black Avalon in stock, also fully loaded. I drove out to see it, and it actually looked better in black. Keith and the sales manager (I believe his name was Dan) went through the details with me, and were able to work with me to get me the payment that I wanted. I appreciate their knowledge and assistance. I get compliments on the car everywhere I go. Thank you guys again!
