Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
I was greeted as soon as I got to the dealer, everyone was very friendly, it was really great customer service. I also got a really good deal on my vehicle. Im very glad I came here. Thank you to everyone who made buying my car a piece of cake.

If I tell you that I opted to drive 5 hours to work with this dealership, will that tell you how great they are? There are three Volkswagen dealerships within an hour of my home and all of them acted like they just didn't want my business; they played the stereotypical pricing games that give car dealerships a bad name. Not so with Royal Automotive! I found the exact car that I wanted online. I called Royal and explained that I wanted to have the best deal that they could give me and I wanted to make sure that there were no pricing surprises since I would have to drive so far to see them. Not only did they play no games, but they also beat the best price that I had been given by my local dealerships by over $2000. My salesman, Adam Hickman, Jr., was a delight to work with and made the process seamless! After my initial phone call, we handled the painless negotiations via SMS and email. The only hiccup in the whole process was that the car wasn't ready when I arrived, and that was only because I arrived early to pick it up. If I hadn't been so eager, I may have spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership. Matt Morgan handled the paperwork and financing, and it went so quickly. We could have gotten it done more quickly, but we talked about a lot of different things; he was just so friendly. Buying this Volkswagen Tiguan was the best car buying experience that I've ever had! Adam and Matt were delightful to work with and really made this process enjoyable. Can you imagine that? An "enjoyable" car purchase? I will absolutely work this Royal again.
My sales advisor, Bruno Reichert, was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a sales advisor that knows so much about cars, all makes. And he has worked there for a long time. I know he’ll be there whenever I have questions.
I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
