This is my 2nd used car purchase from Preferred. My sales rep. (Ryan Myers) was both professional & knowledgeable. Both the car buying process and the delivery process were handled in an excellent manner. Ryan took the time to explain all of the features of the LaCrosse and answered all questions thoroughly. I won't hesitate to return to Preferred and Ryan in the future.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Jordan knows his stuff and was great to work with. A couple of the other guys in financing were not as easy to associate with but working along side of Mr. Schillaci made the experience both seamlessly easy and very enjoyable. This was my first visit to this dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was introduced to my salesman James Stevens who made me feel at ease with his low pressure approach. We arrived at what I considered a fair price on both the sale and my trade-in. I had a misunderstanding about some aspects of the closing but Scott Baker stepped in and made sure I fully understood the process which then proceeded to my complete satisfaction.
