We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. Randy in the used car sales is the best. I always enjoy working with him. The service department at Hoyte is always friendly. Every time I have a question Sam will always try and get me an answer.

I bought a new Ford in 2013 from Holiday Ford. So when I was looking for a new Chevrolet I thought I would check the website and see if they had what I was looking for. Sent an inquiry and Nic called me. The truck I found wasn't what I was looking for but Nic suggested another that was exactly what I needed. Bonus the price was less. Purchased a new Silverado from Holiday. My salesman Jason Leatherwood worked hard to get the price that I wanted. He normally works at the Ford house next door, however he came highly recommended by a family friend. He took a normally highly stressful situation and made it easy! When they didn’t have the truck I was looking for, he found one similar, but upgraded at the same price. He sent us on our test drive and we fell in love. My wife loves the pickup he found for us and I fear I won’t get to drive it as often as I’d like to! . Holiday comes highly recommended and we look forward to buying another Chevy from Jason!

I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
I seriously can’t speak highly enough of Charles, Chris, Michelle and the rest of the team. I can in by myself after being taken advantage of at other dealerships and not only did they take amazing care of me it was the absolute easiest car buying experience of my life. They were also able to handle all of the after market stuff I wanted done and they did it at cost. I am blown away by them, I will not be doing business anywhere else! Oh by the way, I love an hour and a half away and I can honestly say it was worth the drive
I like the truck I bought. Thought it should come with tie downs and a hitch but I guess you have to spend extra for that. I bought the truck on a rainy night so it didn’t get cleaned. Been back a couple times since and I guess they just don’t want to wash it even when it’s written on an order to do so. They did change a cracked tail light that was unnoticed which I appreciate. I paid for some tie downs but they weren’t ordered after I left costing me a wasted trip, but they are making that right now. So overall it’s ok. But the service and parts departments are struggling customer service wise.
