After having signed up for alerts for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler over a year ago . I was alerted that this dealership had taken one in on trade. I actually was able to speak to the dealership owner on the phone and purchased it without even looking at it. It was exactly what I had been waiting for plus it was only 30 minutes away. I found the sales people actually loved their jobs and it was like dealing with friends. Truly not what I would have ever expected. It proved to be a fun experience .
My wife and I were looking in to getting out of a older vehicle, and into a newer used car. We fell in love with a 2014 chevy spark Ev and Louie and Chad did an excellent job of getting us out of the old and into the new. Thank you Louie and everyone at Dominion Chevrolet.

I was a first time buyer and Levalley made my experience very pleasant. Terry did an exceptional job with walking me through the process. He had the vehicle that I emailed him about prepared when I made it to the dealership. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very engaged. He helped me to make sure that I had my insurance transferred accurately, patiently waiting for me to get my registration from my previous vehicle, and introduced me to everyone who would be directly working with me and who were apart of the team. They seem to have a great comradery and they collectively have great energy! It made for a great experience because I felt comfortable. I know that it is apart of the job to sell, but I didn’t feel like I was just another number. Called various places, dealers for a 2013 Chevy Equinox right front turn signal bulb replacement having tried and been unable to reach bulb myself. I had purchased the bulbs previously. The quoted price was met in an excellent time period.and the service tech was great as well as the service administrator Terri! I have had my 07 Buick Lucerne CXL serviced at C Wimberly since 2009 approximately but will have my Ford 150 serviced there from here on in. Thank you, Larry Collins
I brought my truck due to it having a flat tire. I brought it in to the service department and they confirmed I had a flat tire. I picked up a nail somewhere along the road and it was in a spot that a patch wouldn't hold the tire. Kenny from the service department said he would have to order me a new tire and it would be in a couple days. They put on my spare tire and I went down the road. I called on Monday 11/12/18 to talk to Kenny to see if my new tire came in. The tire came in but it was the wrong one. The tire had black lettering on the new and mine all have white lettering on them. Kenny had to order me another tire and I had to come in on Tuesday 11/13/18 to get it fixed. Other than ordering the wrong tire, service was great at usual.
WE HAD A GREAT BUYING EXPERNCE THE GUYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DID'NT HAVE THE CAR THERE BUT FOUND IT AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WERE WE WANTED TO BE.THE WIFE LOVES HER 2014 EXPLORER, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. THANKS GUYS
First let me say that I know nothing of vehicle repair. I drive my car , that's it. It's extremely refreshing to be treated respectfully and provided with information concerning repairs that I can actually comprehend , both of which have happened with each of my dealings with Deals On Wheels service center in Dowagiac Michigan. Excellent repair work , fair pricing AND a genuine concern for the safety of the driver! This sounds like one of those reviews that the business writes for itself doesn't it? It's not ! I'm a real customer and I am truly this impressed this business's service center . I haven't purchased a vehicle from Deals on Wheels ,so I cannot speak on that part of the business.
Dropped of my vehicle for service and a particular suv caught my attention very friendly sales people with a no pressure approach highly recommend saures and there staff i woiluld buy another vehicle in the near future from them again

Got me a great deal and was super easy to deal with, they didn't give me the run around like other dealerships.
Overall it was a good experience since we came to look at one specific car and was able to purchase it. The process took longer than expected since it was over 2 hours and most of the time was waiting for finance.
The Sales team was able to answer all questions and provide support where needed.
