My wife and I were looking for a family SUV or minivan and found several vehicles in Raisor Automart with pretty nice prices through Cars.com. So we made an appointment with Suzi and drove there on one Saturday morning. Most used vehicles here are within 2-3 years' range. No one pushed us to buy anything and we were given enough time to test one 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, one 2015 Toyota Sierra and one 2015 Honda Odyssey. Finally we decided to buy the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Since the price of this make and model is already the lowest we could find on Cars.com within 150 miles, we didn't spend much in negotiating. The transaction was quite smooth and we drove the SUV back in the afternoon.
Very easy and fast, got a 2015 chrysler 200 with 6500 miles for 13999. Was very happy with the deal and even purchased a 100k mile warranty. Was able to come in with everything i needed and drive out the same day with a new car! Very happy and thanks Bill Ahler and Auto Express-
I walked in and told the salesman I was interested in buying. He took a copy of my drivers license and handed me a license plate to be able to test drive what ever I wanted. It would have been nice to have a salesman walk with me and tell me the options on the various cars. I asked him where a few different cars were that I seen online and his response was "they are either out front or out back"....so I was on my own to find a specific car. OOOOKKKKK well wow, so out of hundreds of cars and I had no direction. I walked around for awhile, looked inside a few and drove a few. Several of the cars I looked in were dirty, I did not even drive because they had not been cleaned up. I had a few questions for my salesman about payment amounts and he said I had to fill out an application prior to proceeding. I thought this was weird , I was pre-approved by my own bank, but I was trying to stay within my budget amount. Before I say to much more, lets just say I won't recommend this place to anyone. Very frustrating. If I could return the car I would, Where is the Customer Service these days?

I arrived 5 Min early, for my appointment for my Malibu's first oil change, but had to wait 10 min for the service person to acknowledge me. Then they couldn't seem to find my appointment. Apparently had to work me in. My appointment had been scheduled earlier in the day, in person. Service person said they had people off that day. I was told it would take 1/2, perhaps, 3/4 hour to complete. I waited in the clean pleasant waiting room, over an hour. I was satisfied that the oil change and tire rotation was properly completed.
We have always had the best experience when leasing a car at DeFouw Chevrolet!! Pam Strain is AWESOME!!! She has helped us the last two times we have leased a car and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She even called to tell us about the Fall Harvest Sale they had going on. Thank you!! We love our Red Equinox!!

Our experience with Pam was excellent. She went to bat for us to get good trade-in prices on our 2 vehicles. Pam was very pleasant, knowledgeable, followed-up as necessary without pressuring us.
