Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. Thank you Jim Taylor for caring about customer care along with quailty with out the huge pricing.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Hugo once again did a great job helping me into a new vehicle! Quick getting paperwork together for me! Chris and Russel made sure that my needs were met and went beyond for me! Couldn???t be happier with my new 2018 trax! Appreciate all of the work you guys did for me :)

Was looking at a used 14 Tahoe that was just Traded in. Was in Contact with Charlie . He was very helpful in returning emails . Though the price was Right and Tahoe was in Excellent Condition . I owed to much on my current Tahoe so the numbers didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie .
I highly recommend this service department for vehicle repair, even if you don't own a GM product....The facilities are clean, the personell friendly and the service department awesome....Charles is the best mechanic on the planet and Erin is the best service writer.....Any service I need is handled flawlessly. Ed did an excellent job he made this process very easy I would come back again and again I was actually a customer in 2007 and he made the process very simple we did most of it through phone calls and text messaging and I couldn’t be happier I will recommend him over and over again
I counted on the previous reviews when first going into this dealership. I am very happy to say that I will be continuing my business with Wedekind! The day I went in to meet with salesman Felice, him and the rest of his team were a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Everyone in the facility worked as hard as they could to make sure I left in a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. What only made it better is that it was the exact car I wanted and they worked with me on the payments to get me where I wanted to be.
