I had I talked to Brandyn sFew days earlier and he emailed me all the vehicles that were in my parameters. When I got there he had one upfront ready to look yet . I took my time looking over all the vehicles which took a while and he was very patient, we picked one out and he got the ball rolling. We made it very smooth and relatively quick to hit the road.
We drove from Eau Claire, Wisconsin to Lakeville, MN to look at a few Durango???s we saw on the internet. Bob was the salesperson we were introduced to, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and Bob even bought us lunch! I really liked how they laid out our options; purchasing vs leasing. It really helped up make a more informed decision. We feel we got a great deal and I love my Durango. The only thing that I would change is that it took about 10 minutes or so before anyone initially greeted us. Besides that, it was a great experience.
My salesman, Shayne Goodson, was terrific. We went through the whole process smoothly and effortlessly. The vehicle detailing that was done before I took possession wasn't all that great, but other than that, the service was great. I loved the fact that so many military veterans worked there.
Jack Yanisch/Sales did everything and more that we would expect from a sales person. He helped steer us in the direction of a lease, when we went in thinking purchase. Very professional and knowledgable! Brian Alba was very pleasant and thorough, regarding the finanace/leasing paper work. Austin Paja did an excellent job of explaining all the "bells and whistles" technology of a new vehicle. Vehicle was washed, vacuumed and dried. All people we came in contact with were very pleasant to work with. Note that Ford is not listed as an option below in the vehicle purchased box, so I chose Chevrolet just to get through the survey. Wrong dealership listed!! It was not the Lakeville dealership we worked with. You also didn't have the names of the people we worked with. You need to update the options....
This dealership was able to provide the best deals in the state for the truck I was looking for, and were very diligent in their communication. Sales consultant Justin Huntsman was all around great, business manager Andy Crowder was beyond efficient, and delivery coordinator Mark Marella was personable and helpful. No mix-ups or sneaky practices that I could tell, made the long and difficult process of buying a car much easier!
There is Always great service and found to have a wonderful learning experience about my Volkswagen each time I visit. I find Extremely knowledgable people at Schmelz Countryside Volkswagen. Great Dealership!
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Getting an oil change should not take Over an hour

I had an appointment to get my oil changed. It took one hour and 20 minutes. I don???t believe that is acceptable and will probably go elsewhere now for oil changes.
