I was in a bind to get some minor things done for my daughters car prior to school starting. Showed up and the staff listened to me and made me feel confident that it all can be done in a short time. So I enjoyed my complementary Star Bucks. Poof it was done and I daughter was on her way. Thank for a clean professional atmosphere.
I sold my SUV to love it was fast easy and painless, great folks to deal with I was at the dealership maybe 45min and was done and on my way home. I have bought 6 cars for love over the years but this is the first time to sale one.
I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in for a oil change and brakes. They told me I didn't need brakes. They also explain what I did need and gave me the opition to have it done. Nikki is always so nice on the phone. She talkes to you like she really appreciates you for doing business with Stivers. I will come back.

I came in because I needed to have a light that came on in my Camaro checked out . They got me in and out wit h Shift and Friendly service. Everyone was so friendly and smiling and it made a world of difference for a woman who's not a big fan of dealing with "car stuff". So thank you! And they took car of my car issues in a snap!
