I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. Jerry and the rest of the staff were fantastic, thanks guys!
While I did not get the opportunity to purchase a vehicle (the one I was looking at got sold, great vehicle at a really GREAT price and low low miles); someone else picked up this vehicle before I could. Nick was quick to let me know before I could get too invested and was trying to locate me one to my specifications.

After having some issues with another area Chevorlet dealer locating a vehicle. I found Everett had a similarly equipped vehicle in stock on the lot. I called them on my way to the dealership to ensure the vehicle was available and it was. I went in and knew what I wanted and they we happy to accommodate. Overall a great purchase experience would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Josh, Tommy, and everyone in the service department couldn't be more courteous, helpful, or professional. They are expert, efficient, and oh so nice! When I wandered onto the sales floor while waiting for my truck to be serviced, I met friendly, helpful folks there (Jerry Snyder) who showed me a new truck and let me drive it. Prices were reasonable for the work done. Everett is a superb dealership and I left highly satisfied - I'll be back!
I was treated very fairly. The price on the truck I purchased was very competitive, and the offer on my trade was solid. After a small amount of negotiating, we arrived at an agreement which was beneficial to both. A good deal is when both buyer and seller are happy. The dealer also agreed to adjust something on the truck as part of the deal. My wife and I were both pleased. I walked in thinking that a deal was beyond our reach and was pleasantly surprised at the result, namely our purchase.
