Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
My sales associate, Mike Haese, was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable, made the buying process easy. The finance manager John Titley, was also very helpful. Both Mike and John stayed way past closing on a Friday night to complete the sale. I'm very grateful.
I wanted to purchase a 2017 Volt after non of the 'previous model year leftovers' were available in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Our experiences with the two dealers we did visit down here were very unsatisfactory. Having lived in Madison up until a year ago I checked Bergstrom's website and found a bunch of cars available, one at a good priced based on my previous research. I talked to a woman on you (I'm afraid I don't remember her name) 800 line in Neenah and she checked and found the car on the inventory and said it was still available. I told her I would probably be there the following Monday. I called and let them know we would be there around noon. We arrived, the car was waiting for us. We did a quick test drive since I had done so with several other models and was familiar with the vehicle. We went back to do the paperwork. The only problem was it took the finance manager what seemed like several hours to get the papers together which seems like a long time since this was a cash sale and the dealership didn't seem real busy at the time. But otherwise, this was the best experience of the bunch.
The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.
We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!
Just want to comment on the outstanding effort & style of salesman Mike Pehl. Spends whatever time & effort needed to make things happen. This is a late review as I leased a 2015 LTZ Equinox. Just wanted to him an atta boy. Thanks again Mike.
We were in the market for a used minivan. Zack worked hard to find us the right van for our family. He came highly recommended by many and for good reason. We will be going back to kayser and Zack for our next vehicle too.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
My son came home from school, some six hours away over the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his arrival, the brakes were making a horrible sound. I made a quick online appointment, for Friday after Thanksgiving, hoping that the car could truly be looked at on such short notice, and concerned that his trip on Sunday would need to be delayed. I called Wednesday early ans spoke to Jack. He said he would do his best, but they were very booked. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but Steve made sure the vehicle was ready for me on Friday. No small feat considering there schedule, but also with the unexpected amount of work the brakes plus required with such low miles. Symdon Chevrolet is truly a wonderful place. They bent over backwards to see that my son was back on the road Sunday in a safe vehicle. I am very thankful.
I drive over 40 miles to have my vehicle serviced in Mt Horeb because they bend over backwards to make sure my expectations are met. We were in Utah and I had an issue with my vehicle. We called back and talked to Steve in Mount Horeb and he was able to have our problem fixed under warranty. The dealer in Utah didn???t even bother to check his computer to see if there was a recall. This is the kind of service I always get in Mount Horeb. They are the best !
I was very satisfied that the advertised price was legitimate. Communication was excellent throughout the purchase and delivery process. I would definitely recommend the dealership.
