After reading your review I had the opportunity to see and drive a new 2019 Silverado 1500. Many new features that make this the best Silverado yet. The power tailgate does in fact come in other models other than just the High Country as was stated by Cars.com.
I am waitting for the Double Cab LTZ Z71 to be available (don't need to pay the extra for the Crew Cab that I won't use).
GM has done a very nice job on the updates.
Have been a Ford owner for 25 years & this was my 1st experience at a different comany & it was the best customer service experince I have ever had. I gave my salesman all of the pertinant information he needed via email. And he had everyting ready by the time I got there and was out withing 45 minutes. I have a very busy work schedule, as do most of us & I do not want to spend a lot of time at the dealer & I certainly did not have to. In & out, just the way I prefer. Rich Milne did a superb job & also his assistant, who's name I just can't recall @ the moment. (sorry)
I had been looking online for a used vehicle for quite awhile when I found Melissa & Garber Midland. Melissa was the first person from a dealer that really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offer suggestions & options. She is amazing! If you’re looking online (in person too) for a vehicle get with Melissa!

Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.
The staff was very good an efficient. Was great to explain the truck features. Fabian made sure I was completely satisfied. Will buy my next truck here. They option the best and put a little extra as well.

I was looking to replace my Nissan Titan and found the Chevy Silverado reviews great. I test drove it and owned it in two days. It was a very easy transition.
I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.

Really like the new exterior styling, comfort, and drive. Chevy is close to having it right on. Need a few more interior refinements like pano sunroof, less cheap interior dash/door finishes, and better organization of interior buttons. Adding some interior mood lighting would seal the deal.
This is our second BMW that we have purchased from Rod at BMW of Denver. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust him implicitly and he got us AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL on my new car! From start to finish, the entire process was PERFECT. Thank you to Rod for always taking such excellent care of us! A special thank you to Craig, the Sales Manager, Edward, the head of the place, Ryan, the 6 ft 7 inch finance guy that was a joy to deal with and lastly, really EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Laurel that showed me all the intricate functions of the new car. Thank you to all of these wonderful people and we will only come back to Rod and company for future BMW purchases.
Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
Roman Guiterrez was the most helpful and courteous car salesman I???ve ever met, as was the finance manager! Roman listened to what I wanted from beginning to end, not about what he wanted! That???s rare in the modern era of auto buying! That idea will carry him far in his career and I will tell everyone I know to buy from him! My brother will be visiting him next! Keep up the good work!!!
