Used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks for sale near Rockwall, TX

My experience with El Dorado Chevrolet is one of the best experiences I have ever had in the purchase of a vehicle. Mark made things easy, and the process was pretty fast. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

The service department was able to get me in at my appointment time, kept me updated on the progress, and talked with me about the suggested services recommended by the service tech.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

I’m looking and have been for a while. I have found most car sells men don’t care what they say to sell a car. I was pleasantly impressed with a young man by the name of Luke Fox when showed me the cars and all that entails. When I make my final I hope I can buy it from Mr Fox. Thank you Luke

I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

I had a check engine light on and needed a tune up and needed several other things diagnosed. Kris Wade was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the process. I liked that Rockwall Ford provided me with a video of the things they found on my F150 that needed to be addressed, some immediate and some that would need to be addressed soon. He told me up front that there was a potential for additional cost due to the risk of spark plugs breaking as they tried to remove them. The neat thing is the final price was less than the price quoted so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Kris and Rockwall Ford. You have gained a new customer.

Have the custom crew 5.3 .only wish it had center storage and volume controls.these should be standard on a 40 thousand dollar truck.great family truck ,great for pulling and bed hauling.

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
