Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

Not surprised the Chevrolet Silverado was named #1 Best Truck!! Overall, I highly recommend driving and owning a Silverado! From the way it drives to the technology with safety and convenience features, the Silverado is a solid choice.

The vehicle was as described. No gimmicks. Helpful salesperson (Wesley). They attempted to answer all my questions. Very accommodating. I did not purchase because we could not work out the price. It was a very good experience with this dealer.

Great place to do business. Kept their word on things they promised. Only one thing. The detail I got was not very good. They didn?t vacuum the car and no tire dressing.

Just purchased a new truck at Keith Hawthorne Ford and the entire process was very good. Scott Haskins was the sales person I worked with and he was so good to work with throughout the process. Scott was professional, considerate and friendly. There were no pushy sales tactics and I felt they were very transparent throughout the process. 02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. My recent visit to Randy Marion Buick GMC in Huntersville went exceptionally well for service on my GMC Terrain. Everyone was great, in fact, I was there on the wrong date, yet they worked me in to the schedule and got me taken care of quicker than I expected. kudos to the whole service team. I noticed a tire had less pressure than the other tires on my vehicle. I pulled over and saw a medium sized nail in my tire. I called The Parks dealership to see if they were busy and/or if they could fit me in; otherwise, I would go somewhere else. It was a Monday and usually they are busy on these days; however, it was Veteran's Day. First call, I couldn't get answer and got voicemail. So, I called back a few minutes later and someone transferred me to the Service dept., but no one picked up. Third time I called it sounded like someone picked up but then I got disconnected. I took a chance and went to the dealership. Fortunately, Jordan was there, took a look and saw the nail, then said they could patch it. Great! I was not wanting to buy a new tire at this time. I waited about an hour with one other person who was there waiting to have two tires fixed for the same issue. Jordan, as always is friendly and personable, and by now knows me by name! LOL! I was recently there for a 75k service in which I had something rolling around in my air ducts. The piece was found and removed; however, there is a second piece I later heard rolling around after I left. Before leaving this visit; I mentioned it to Jordan as I had forgotten about it. He said they can take a look at it the next time I come in, which is good because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait longer. In all my experiences with Parks, and I've had more than I would like to admit (of course, at no fault of there's), they are always on top of things and everyone is so friendly! Great service and customer service! They try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. If you don't want to wait they have partnered with Lyft (I think) to take you whereever and then they pick you back up to get your vehicle at no charge to you. Awesome!
