Feldman is very professional. They had a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't pass up. $200 for four oil changes on my Silverado using synthetic oiI. I couldn't do it cheaper myself.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Dealership, work area, and waiting area were clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Employees were friendly , informative and available.

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.

Chris was absolutely fantastic and a great help with my new lease. He is a very knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely helpful salesperson. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him in the past for my daughter. He went out of his way with all the amazing technical aspects that are a bit of a challenge for me to completely comprehend. We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse.
