I have been working with Briggs Subaru for about 3 years now. I purchased a used vehicle from them in June of 2015. My wife is handicapped and they assisted us in any way possible to fill our needs... I received my first oil change free of charge. The service Dept was so awesome I looked forward to coming in to just see them.. Friday 30Mar18 I was having tires placed on my vehicle and Got to talking to Harold Hodge a retired Army senior enlisted man. Right from the start he made me feel comfortable... We started talking about my wife's wheelchair and how much I need only certain vehicles for storage on her chair. He started talking about the different options that Subaru had available. Well to make a long story short I ended up Leasing a 2018 Outback which had more storage than I had in my other car. I was having issues with my car sitting so low that it was difficult for me to get her up and placed in her wheelchair placing stress on my back. If Harold Hodge had not approached me I wouldn't have leased this awesome vehicle. So I thank you Harold. During the whole process Harold treated me like family and made the deal painless. The financial person named Brad was also as awesome as Harold. Made everything easy. So if anyone has a need for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. I was able to pick the color and interior color and all the options I needed . They found it and was delivered the very next day. Veterans... They have several retired Veterans on staff there and sure treated me right. I am a retired Navy Veteran and had some enjoyable stories to share.
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.

I have been very pleased with the service received when an issue comes up. Customer service is very personable in which the stats are presented in detail regarding the service needed. The facilities were excellent such as free gifts, coffee bar, snacks in which I have never seen at any other dealership. The pricing was a bit high compared to the same items that could be purchased retail. Otherwise the service is dependable and you get what you pay for....knowing you will be safe in your car. My salesman Johnny Tofo was excellent right from the start . He helped me get all the rebates that were out there and get the best rate when it came to the financing. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia they need to contact Johnny at FX Capara.
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
