Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.
My sales associate, Mike Haese, was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable, made the buying process easy. The finance manager John Titley, was also very helpful. Both Mike and John stayed way past closing on a Friday night to complete the sale. I'm very grateful.
I wanted to purchase a 2017 Volt after non of the 'previous model year leftovers' were available in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Our experiences with the two dealers we did visit down here were very unsatisfactory. Having lived in Madison up until a year ago I checked Bergstrom's website and found a bunch of cars available, one at a good priced based on my previous research. I talked to a woman on you (I'm afraid I don't remember her name) 800 line in Neenah and she checked and found the car on the inventory and said it was still available. I told her I would probably be there the following Monday. I called and let them know we would be there around noon. We arrived, the car was waiting for us. We did a quick test drive since I had done so with several other models and was familiar with the vehicle. We went back to do the paperwork. The only problem was it took the finance manager what seemed like several hours to get the papers together which seems like a long time since this was a cash sale and the dealership didn't seem real busy at the time. But otherwise, this was the best experience of the bunch.
When shopping for a new car I first went to Chevy Bergstrom Middleton due to location. I was unsatisfied with the service the first time I went but went back because I had made an appointment to work directly with the manager. When I went back instead of working with the manager, they had me work with the same guy I worked with initially after I specifically asked to work with someone else. The salesman didn’t know much about the cars being sold and wasn’t able to answer many questions I had. I was still set on the Chevy Equinox but personally didn’t feel comfortable buying a car from someone that wasn’t very informed about the product they were selling. So instead, I went to the Chevy Bergstrom in Madison and was approached by Alex who was able to answer all my questions and actually sell me the car. He was very informed about the product and showed me more features that I was unaware about. I felt comfortable buying from him and wanted to give this Chevy Bergstrom my business. Thank you Alex!! You are very good at your job. Give him a raise folks.
Low pressure, my sales manager d Devin Spielman was very knowledgeable and considerate. Bergstrom did not play the normal "wear you down and endless counter offer" games. They actually quoted me a sales price for a for an outright purchase and a trade in without any change in the original quote. They printed both quotes and let me take them with me so I could evaluate overnight, seemingly without fear that I wouldn't come back! I actually completed my offer and Bergstrom acceptance via email. 1 single email! I drove to the dealership and completed the deal.
The dealership was absolutely wonderful as soon as I walked in. My experience with Leticia and Aaron was perfect. They worked with my budget to find the right car for me and made sure it looked great before I left with it. The finance process with Brent also was quick yet efficient. Everyone made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure I left happy. I would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future
A little disappointed that the car I was looking at online for wasn’t what was on the lot. I searched for sunroof and The Malibu came up along with backup camera. Well when we got there to look at the car it had NONE of those options and it was listed with the same price and car #. Makes me a little upset as it was a waste of my time
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife Lynette and I appreciate the experience we had with the Zimbrick Chevrolet staff in Sun Prairie. From the moment we first walked in the door to discuss our options, to the point when we drove off the lot with our new Equinox, the whole process was very satisfying. Jim Kauppinen needs a raise and promotion. Awesome sales rep! I'm 52 years old and have purchased a number of vehicles in my life. This by far was the best purchase experience I've had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, and anyone else who is looking for a new vehicle. My father, god rest his sole, would be very proud. He worked hard for 35+ years at GMAC. I am a true fan of Chevrolet, and Zimbrick Sun Prairie made it possible for me to drive a very nice new 2017 Equinox. THANK YOU ALL!
This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. John the Sales Manager and Dan were both extremely great to work with. The negotiation process was very fair and no-nonsense, and the purchase was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership for those looking for a new or used car.
look at the cars that they had to offer talk to the sales man and agree on a fair price aand now own a 2014 car
