Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. I had what could of been a disastrous experience. Thanks to Carlos that didn't happen. I got the vehicle i really wanted at the price i wanted. I've been shopping for months and couldn't find anyone that could get me approved with the terms I needed. Grant Motors went the distance and got me in a FANTASTIC vehicle! My salesman(Devonte)didn't give up. He found the vehicle I wanted and needed and made the deal work. I was treated very professionally and the transaction was very quick and smooth. The staff really went out of their way to help me get a car I LOVE and worked hard to do so with my budget.

I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
I needed a new bulb for my taillight. I was helped by Alicia. since my other representative, Mike retired. I am a 90-year-old customer and have a 20-year-old Oldsmobile. You have taken care of my car for the 14 years I have lived in Naples. Alicia was so kind and helpful.
I am hoping she can be my service representative when I have future car problems.

Hi, i am one to rarley take time to write a review no matter how good the service is.
but this place deserves the five star review, i went there with my daughter looking for a car so she can start collage and we were greeted by louis.. and he was not pushy or trying to put us in something we didnt want , he was very patient, polite , plus we had a few laughs .. the vehicles were all clean and ran very well. finaly we settled in an acura TL that even i fell in love with. i was there to help co sign if needed and the finance manager CHAD did great, he put her in a first time buyers program and didnt need me to co sign ! my daughter and i smiled all the way home.. i am glad to have found such a great dealership and would never go anywhere else ! thanks guys
