This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Mazda of Fort Walton Beach and have been impressed so much a second time around that I wanted to make sure everyone knows about it! They have excellent customer service by everyone there. There is NO high pressure sales pitch and their focus is on YOU the customer. They won't try to convince to get buy it now or no deal; they take the time and patience to answer every single question; and if they don't know the answer immediately, they will get back to you. It is a very relaxed and non-pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle here.
I recently purchased a Nissan from Tom Jones and was floored by the easiness and knowledge of credit challenged people. He made my transaction a done deal. I went to several other dealers , but their salespeople were like robots. Very cold and scripted. I will continue my future car shopping with mr. JONES. I purchased my car and was in and out less than an hour. Fwb autobrokers is a reminder of how deals used to he made. A+ all the way!
I'm very happy with my eXterra. It runs well and has more bells and whistles then any SUV I have ever owned. Mary Ann and all the sales personnel were very helpful with making the purchase. Mary Ann even let take off road to try out the 4 wheel drive. They also gave me a gift basket with all kind of goodies for my new SUV. Went to buy a new car, but ended up buying used. Bigger car with extended warranty. Couldn't be happier with the process. Shout out to our salesman Mark Gilmore, he completely changed my mind on car buying. Will definitely buy from McKenzie again.
McKenzie Motors had the best incentives and selection on 2018 GMC Canyons,. But I was hesitant because I live 2 and 1/2 hours away. Salesman Mark Ciano worked with me over the phone to understand the incentives and find out whether I qualified. He also tracked down the two trucks I was interested in, which were still in transit to the dealership. My wife and I made the trip to Milton and were treated respectfully and courteously throughout. Only one truck had arrived, and it needed a new back window because of slight damage in transit. While we waited for the repair, Mark let us drive two other Canyons on our own and at our leisure, to make sure we were comfortable with what we would be getting. When time came for the deal, we again were treated respectfully. We ended up paying $500 more than what we had intended as our top price. But it was still the best deal I have seen on a 2018 Canyon, before or since. We did have a problem with water stains on a back seat after the repair. I called Mark the next day, and he said they would be glad to clean it up and make sure the stains didn't come back. The whole experience was mostly positive.

We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!
This was my first oil change for my new car. This was my 7500 vehicle oil change. The only thing that was odd about this experience was that my next oil change was set at 12000 miles or when the oil life reaches twenty percent. I haven't had time to talk to the service department about the short interval oil change. Btw, I own a 1997 Ford Explorer with 197000 miles on it and the oil change interval on that thing is one year or 15000 miles because I use Mobil 1 high mileage synthetic oil for that vehicle. Overall the experience was great. I just wish dealerships that sell American brand vehicles would start to provide some courtesy services like washing your vehicle prior to returning it to you after a service. Every time I take my wife's 2011 Volvo into a dealership they wash the exterior and vacuum the floor. I would be willing to wait an extra thirty minutes to get my car back cleaned and washed since I bought it at this dealership and I didn't just by a $25K car.

Mr Tim Spears was right on time! He was professional and very through in explaining my new truck features. Will was pleasant very personable. Overall awesome group of people. I drove over 2 hours just to deal with this dealership because of the communication they provided while I was working this week. Best experience at a dealership. I shopped multiple dealerships from Milton, Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach but Lee Buick GMC had the friendliest staff and the best price by far.
