My Trax was on a pull ahead list. The sales person had another Trax waiting for me to test drive with more features than the vehicle I had. I told him I was interested in another Trax. I was happy with the purchase and buying experience even though I was at the dealer for close to 4 hours. I was able to drive my new Trax home that day. That was exciting!
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

Extremely friendly dealership. Dean is super nice guy! And Drew my salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions along with Joe the sales manager.. Everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond my expectations. All staff made me feel welcome and really went out their way to help me out. Very happy with the way I was treated by everyone.
I was not happy with my dealings with Paddock. I went in to look at a specific car, was contacted to verify that morning if I was still coming in, and when I got there was told the car was already sold. I should have been contacted regarding this!
I have purchased cars from other BIG name dealerships in the past but have never been treated with the kindness and friendly service that we received from Paddock's Chevrolet. They bent over backwards to make sure we were completely satisfied.
Five star with Dave Reimer handling our sale our time at the dealership was quick everyone was friendly curteous and knowledgeable concerning the vehicles, leasing or buying, our disappointment was on schedule and everything was above board.

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!
My experience was top notch right from the beginning. To having Amanda watch the 2 vehicles I was interested in while I was on vacation to Mike whomade the test drives and buying pain free to Ethanin finance. Just a great experience.

Always have great service here. The last I was in for service ( in November) I think got a form to send for $ 15.00 gift card. Did as requested but have never received card .Just wondering.
