Village Toyota has serviced all of my Toyotas. I have owned five. They have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They kept my cars in tip-top condition. The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional
Service was for an oil change and tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection was done with no charge. Service completed in a timely manner, and my service advisor Glenn was friendly and professional. There are two Honda dealerships closer, but I drive the 40 miles to Love Honda for their trustworthy service.
I had a delightful time choosing my new Nissan Rogue 2018. If it hadn’t been for Arianny and all the knowledge and professionalism that she showed me, I would had left to shop somewhere else. She is a great asset to NIssan Crystal River. She possess great customer relations skills!

After a week of looking for a used truck and coming up disappointed by the deceptive pictures online and non professional people we dealt with, we finally found a truck we liked online based on price and the pictures provided on the Plaza Chrysler Dodge website.
Although we live in Clearwater, we decided to take the 1.5 hour drive hoping the truck would be what we expected. The trip was worth it in SO many ways. Not only was the truck nicer in person but the sales woman, Christina Finch was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No trying to steer us into a higher priced truck. She could not have been nicer and more professional from the moment we arrived until we left, with the truck, 2.5 hours after thier normal 6pm closing time on a Saturday night. Mr. Orr was also so accomodating as he also remained to complete the paperwork in order for us to leave with the truck that evening.
The dealership itself was beautiful, clean and very professional. We are so glad we took the drive and would do it again in a heart beat if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.

Car was in for replacement of a tire pressure sensor. I was quoted a price for the repair previously for the one sensor. Technician found a second sensor not responding and replaced it as well. I was billed at the previously quoted price. Have to love Love.
Overall good internet buying experience. Got a good deal on a great car, with fair value given for my trade. The entire transaction was done via phone and email except the delivery & signing. They brought the car to me! Everything was as promised

I want to take this time to thank the people working at Love Chevrolet in Inverness, especially Amanda form internet sales, for doing such a great job pulling the deal together for my Chevrolet Silverado, she did a lot of the leg work for me and put together a great price. Ryan Pure was my sales person who also did a great job to get me through the entire process in a reasonable amount of time; Ken was wonderful to work with and explained the paperwork in detail and answered all my questions. We went in to have my car serviced and saw all the sale signs. So, we took a look around the dealership. After taking a used Traverse for a test drive and wanted to see what it would cost us they told us about the great 4th of July sale. Only a little more for new with more options. So we bought it! I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.
