I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. It took about an hour, but I was approved and am now the proud owner of a 2018 Charger. I could not be happier with my experience at Car City, with Doc and Joe the finance guy. Thanks Car City!

Overall I love This. Chevy truck. Aside from the minor issues that Chevy should have taken care of long ago Such as Intermittent transmission failureThat cost me $3100 at 60000 miles. And the power train output that could have been much more which I enhance using a super chip program that Actually woke this engine up the 5.3 by the way. And they should have long eliminated the active fuel management. But after all these issues I love the Chevy truck come on Jim get it together stop producing better track 2 better trucks less recalls don't make me jump Ship !

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I have been very pleased with my 2015 Silverado 1500. There a few things to note about this model though, they tend to have some transmission issues and some may have drive shaft vibrations if not maintained properly.

I have purchased 4 cars from them. They are always professional and have a great selection of high end vehicles with low mileage. I only deal with Phil he is an awesome, and knowledgeable. Chevy Silverado 2004 with 4 MI four-wheel drive now at 684,000 mi my transmission what my motor still runs like brand new change my oil every 2500,000 my truck has seen the world doing dish Network and DirecTV it hasn't been a great truck I replaced my transmission and now I have $984,000 in my transmission went again after being rebuilt otherwise yeah I recommend the Chevy Silverado any day everywhere and never failed me never left me nowhere never been told until my transmission went out the main things that go wrong with it alternator breaks water pump that's been it but never left me on the side of the road thank you Shelby for making the best truck ever

Issued my tags while treating me to a coffee. An extra guarantee is provided for a fee. Bought a car, and a friend that I recommended got one too.

Got a 2002 4x4 Z71 with 27,000 miles on it 20 years ago. Now has 178,000. Finally did front brakes at about 160,000. In that time i’ve needed a new driver widow motor, A/C compressor, and parking brake cable. Interior looks like new. Oh, the radio buttons snapped off too. Other than fluids and filter- thats it. Its been a great truck. Awesome in snow with studded tires.

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

Have had a 2010 single cab for 6 months. Love it so far but what’s up with the interior door handles, mine is broken and when I look at pictures of others for sale a lot of them are broken

The driver side front door grip is made of plastic frame construction underneath soft rubber. It broke in less than two years. All parts supporting grip handle are cheaply made of plastic.
