Best experience and most professional sales person!

I recently bought a new 911 GT3 Touring from James Giniewicz. It was my first time dealing with James at Porsche Nashua and I'm from out-of-state. I initially got to know James by exchanging emails about a different car that he was selling and it was then that I realised he's not your average car sales person. James' enthusiasm for Porsche cars and the brand literally jumped off the page! James is someone who loves cars and is not the typical sales person I've dealt with in the past who just wants to make a sale. As a car enthusiast myself, James is someone I could totally relate to and we instantly had a lot in common. We went back and forth a few times as James tried to understand my needs and wants. When I chose not to purchase the car I had initially asked about, James totally understood and was not in the least bit pushy. When James managed to secure a production slot for a 911 GT3 Touring he called me immediately and we wrapped up the deal in lightning speed. At all times, it was a true pleasure working with James. He's professional, diligent, an expert in his field and he's always accessible (often calling and texting me on his day off). Above all, James made the whole experience fun, stress-free and memorable. All of my prior experiences buying a car in the US and UK were mediocre at best. James and the team at Porsche Nashua are simply the best I've worked with. I couldn't be happier with my new 911 GT3 Touring! I don't know when I'll be buying my next Porsche but I do know that I'll be giving my business to James.
Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car for my son and when I picked it Jimmy told me to send my son down to see him so he could go over the car with him and help him set up his phone.
I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax. I bought my last two vehicles here also. This recent experience was by far the most exceptional. I was greeted by Isaac Hernandez. Buying a new car is intimidating so say the least, but Isaac helped to make the process straightforward. He was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Based on questions he asked about what I was looking for, he found the perfect little car for me. In no time at all, we had a deal I was happy with. He was available whenever I needed, answered all of my many questions, was professional, kind, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. From choosing my vehicle to driving it off, Isaac helped to make the process stress free and worry free. I received excellent customer service. He took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, its buttons and how to use them. He followed up with me a few days later and assured me if I had any questions or concerns to call on him. Isaac is an asset to Lannan Chevrolet with his knowledge, demeanor and enthusiasm for his work. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
I originally did my on research online about Equinox pricing to determine my offer in advance. Contacted Lannan online and 3 other local Chevy dealers. Kristin contacted me immediately and she clarified the Black Friday deals better than any of the other dealers. Spoke with Marty a couple of times and we agreed to an offer over the phone rather quickly. Went to the dealership on Monday 11/26 for my daughter to test drive the vehicle and Elliott was very helpful. Agreed to purchase the car after the test drive and picked up the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, 11/27. The smoothest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Thanks Lannan!
I was cheerfully greeted at my arrival by the receptionist and checked in by Marc. He noted my requests and confirmed that I would be waiting for my vehicle. All of my requests were promptly taken care of. I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area while the service was performed.

I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob and it has been working fine since. Only took a few minutes longer to be on the road. It was little thing but much appreciated.
I came to Lannan Chevrolet to purchase/lease a new truck. My wife and I were warmly welcomed by Jeremy Gleaton. Jeremy listened to our wants and promptly proceeded to show us the products and options he had to offer. After choosing the the product, Jeremy proceeded to make the transaction seamless and smooth. I was especially impressed with his expediting the installation of the accessories I had chosen and the review of my new truck upon delivery. Kudos to Joe Baker in the Business office for making the paper work portion of the transaction Quick and easy. I can't overstate the convenience of the on site registry service. Thanks Lannan.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
Second time leasing an Acadia Denali from Moore GMC. Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. Dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a another enjoyable and smooth buying experience dealing with Jolene and Kendra on the business side, Dave in sales and Charlie in service. They truly take the stress out of the buying a new vehicle.
