I was inquiring about a vehicle from online search. I was contacted by Steve Oakley and was given further information on the vehicle in question. At this time I am still working on a deal and the logistics of same due to being about 250 miles from dealership. Steve has called to inform me about a more convenient method of delivery if I am able to make a deal and proceed with the buying process. Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

Preston Ellis was the best Sales member we've ever had! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to meet our needs! The signing process, however, was less than desirable and the financial representative had much to be desired to make the process 100% smooth. Lack of communication, etc...
