Truck drives and handles great compared to my past Ford. Z71 off road package makes for a stiff ride though. Interior controls well laid out and easy to use. Had the truck for 52k miles and no major problems.

I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

I have been very pleased with my 2015 Silverado 1500. There a few things to note about this model though, they tend to have some transmission issues and some may have drive shaft vibrations if not maintained properly.

Service for my F-250 SD seemed slow with multiple returns to diagnose and solve known problems. Parts availability, not due the service department but supply chain, added to the delays. The outstanding performance of the service advisor, Robbie Andujar, made the experience muçh more bearable bordering on enjoyable. Robbie is professional, knowledgeable, and laser focused on his customers. His experience level was a true blessing for me. Thanks Robbie. If only you had the power to better focus the systems implemented by your superiors in Ford on the customer the experience could be greatly improved.

Car is very heavy duty, excellent upgrade with refreshed interior, feels like a luxury SUV but drives like a sports truck. Borla exhaust cat back package is perfect, ride is as smooth as you can get and its just overall a blast to drive.

80 K service on F150 handle by Tom McCain service rep all was excellent. Truck return on time and kept informed about progress and service options.

5.3L, 18,000 miles, 2021 TB LT and have had no real issues. Ebrake triggered a warning message which was reset 1,000 miles ago no warning light since. MPG is decent but if you like to drive a vehicle it will be 13-14mpg. Wish the exhaust made real noise and GM loves thier 33's, come on 35s look fantastic. I had a 2017 LT Z71 5.3L L82 and had no issues at 65,000 miles when I traded her in.

Today I had my 2020 Ford Escape serviced, Hunter was the Service Advisor, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I waited less than an hour and the proper service was done for a little over 20,000 miles. I will bring my car back, thank you.
