I had contacted Dan Huber about looking in the future for a truck to fit our family, he not only started looking asap but respected our price points and wants. We arrived from a very long car ride to see our number one pick right in front! Made us feel special and great looking truck. Only to realize it wasn't the one for us. He let us browse without feeling pressure and let us come to him for questions and concerns and his answers were great along with very helpful! This guy truly knows his trucks and never pushed us to anything we would have a hard time affording. We drove home with a beautiful 2015 ford! I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. We purchased our 2015 chevy sonic at unrelated dealership in February loved the car. However in April our 4 yr old grandson got brain cancer. He was sent to Tulsa 1st then to St Judes in Memphis TN. Long story short I I've got some miles on my car. I've had to take it in where I bought it.nothings ever wrong they say ( a/c went out then on way back from St Judes my car transmission shifts hard never been the same and uses mire gas, I have grown to hate this car ) However every time I call Tom in service he let's me rant rant rant and never complains...even when I call him Tommy like he's 12.He gets me in changes my oil and never says a word about the brand new car whose chevy dealership logo sticker that's only half there cause it was applied incorrectly. Come on people really I should of known right.. Bob Hart's chevy has the best service people always smiling if u ask anybody in service a question and they don't know the answer they just don't look at u and say uh ask Adam! If they don't have an answer they will do EVERYTHING in their power to find out..Got a Chevy problem call Bob Hart. He keep us going
