Awesome, awesome service. The sales and finance guys are top notch. They worked with us for over fours hours to get us into the car we wanted. Even when we left with no car because we couldn't get what we wanted, they still worked until 8:00 at night and got us the car we wanted. They never gave up helping us. They are by far the best dealership ever. I will never go to another dealership ever. Best customer service I have ever received!!!
Quick timely service. Got our vehicle in for diagnostic in a couple of days that worked with my wife's day off. Communicated issue and repaired in one business day. Professional, courteous, and priced comparably to other dealers.
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife Lynette and I appreciate the experience we had with the Zimbrick Chevrolet staff in Sun Prairie. I felt they were very upfront an honest about financing, and how they could meet my purchase needs. The initial numbers of APR and price actually came under what I was initially quoted. I had went to another Chevy dealership and was told one APR and price and when I was about to make the purchase, I was given a very different APR and price.
I had been shopping around for a 2017 Chevy Malibu for about 2-3 weeks. I finally stopped by Zimbrick Chevrolet after seeing an ad on Autotrader. I inquired about the vehicle at 10pm one night and I got a response the very next morning from a gentleman by the name of Levon Crawford. Levon was absolutely amazing and very helpful from the start, he was able to answer all of my several questions in a timely matter via email. He was also able to direct me to the online credit application which, is so convenient and time-saving. He made the process so easy for me. This was my 7th time being in a car dealership and it was by far the fastest and easiest transaction I've ever experienced. After Levon's helpful service, he introduced me to Kris Ganske who had done a heck of a job with getting me into a new car. Kris was upfront with me the whole entire time. He was able to get me the best options on financing a new vehicle. He took his time to explain how the financing process worked and never did he attempt to pressure me into making a decision. He helped me maximize my discount advantages and everything. All in all, Kris worked his butt off to get me a great deal. Once I decided to accept the sweet offer given to me, Kris then introduced me to the guy working the magic with the numbers which was Matt Schultz (The Finance Guy). Matt sealed the deal with his honesty and positive energy from the jump. I went from excited to extremely excited once I met Matt. I really respect how he was willing to give me tips on how to take full advantage of the financing process in years to come. No other finance specialist has ever went this above and beyond for me. All in all, I had a great experience here at Zimbrick Chevy and it was well worth the drive out to Sun Prairie. I would like to give a special thanks to Levon Crawford, Kris Ganske and Matt Schultz for being a great team and a great help. This has been a long journey for me and you all have done well with helping me close this chapter of my life as I begin a new chapter as a young professional and I greatly appreciate all three of you. We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
