Sales Manager Joe Scarl is incredible! My brother-in-law got a great deal on decked-out Silverado: he was proud of the truck and ecstatic with the deal. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away a short time later, leaving my sister with truck (and a monthly payment) that she didn't need. I explained the situation to Joe and he fully refunded the deal even though my brother-in-law had driven the vehicle for a week, offered to come to pick up the vehicle and even bought my brother-in-law's old truck! This 5 star customer service is very rare in any business and exceptionally rare in the car sales business. I highly recommend working with Joe and Serpentini-Strongsville if you are looking for a new vehicle!
I was looking for a Dodge Journey RT within a 200 mile radius. These guys delivered fast! My previous car had a blown motor, and with a surgery coming up in a few days i needed a car fast! They worked overtime to help me accomplish my goal. So worth the 3 hr drive to go there! They had a price thousands less than dealers near me. This made for no haggling and a relaxed experience. The staff was friendly and down to earth. Our sales rep J.J. was easy to talk to and i recommend him to anyone. We sipped on hot coffee while waiting, and by waiting i mean long enough for a few sipps at best. I barely had time to take in the largest array of cars i have ever seen. They even had fresh food. I will be going back in the future.

My experience at Marhofer was painless, efficient and professional. My contact, Bir, was very pleasant, courteous, and explained their pricing and policies clearly. I knew the car I wanted and it was ready and waiting for me to examine and test drive. The car was meticulously detailed and all documentation present for my perusal.
So you know; there is no dickering, but the cars are fairly priced and the fees are up front and reasonable. There seems to be a large selection available, although I wasn’t shopping, and the facilities are first class.
I actually completed a deal over text messages with Casey before I even arrived. I told him what I could spend and what I wanted for my trade and he made it work! I also added a few things to my truck and the service department was excellent. I traveled almost 50 miles to get the salesperson and service I was looking for. I had turned down offers over a 3-year period that I just could not afford until Casey did everything he could to sell me my truck. I cannot say enough about this dealership. If you can't work with Casey and the service manager, you can't work with anyone. Really genuine good guys.

As a female car owner, I generally dread visits to the car repair shop - as a total layperson, I usually do not enjoy being convinced that my car needs (in my view) unnecessary repairs/upgrades. Branson assessed the situation, proposed solution and in less than 90 minutes I left the dealership with a fixed car and good feeling. I really enjoyed the little touch of a cookie left on the passenger seat with a note from the Service Department - these extra little touches will help me coming back whenever repairs/car consultations are needed.
Everyone at the dealership is friendly and takes the time to explain things. Brenda Milliner was wonderful to work with. She spent several hours with me and explained everything to me each step of the way. She also took the time to answer all of the questions I had. I was at the dealership getting an oil change and left with a new vehilce.
