What can I say about Trucks N Toyz? Honest and Integrity are something that the majority of car dealerships shy away from. Not Here!!! I have purchased 2 trucks from them in the past 3 years. Their prices are the best around and they have the absolute cleanest inventory of used trucks. 3 years ago I walked into the dealership looking for the Unicorn of Used Dodge Diesels. A 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab 4X4 with the Cummins 5.9L. Us Cummins Guys love our 07 and under 5.9's. They did not have one at the time. However, a few weeks later Pat called me and told me to check out the one that came in on their website. They had found the Unicorn with only 40,000 miles. Within 2 hours I was down there. I spoke with Pat and Paul. Paul, the owner asked me what I was going to do with my low mileage 2014 Ram that was lifted on 35" tires. I had planned on keeping it but he made me an offer that I could not refuse. There were a couple of things that I wanted changed in the 2006 and Paul told me no problem. Their Mechanic Chris did a fantastic job of removing the front bench seat and installing bucket seats for me. This was something that I was incredibly grateful for. The fact that Paul did it for me at no cost shows that he truly cares about his customers. The price on the Unicorn was well below wholesale and the financing was easy. Pat found me the best rate around and I was in and out in less than an hour. 2 days later, I picked up my Unicorn with a smile on my face.
Fast forward to 2018. It is time to add another truck to my stable. I did not even bother shopping around because Trucks N Toyz had taken care of me before. I walked in and was greeted by Paul the owner and told him exactly what I wanted. He tossed me some keys and I test drove 2 trucks by myself. After returning from the test drives I spoke with Pat and I picked out a 2016 Ram 2500 4X4 Laramie. Yet again, I asked for some changes to the Truck and Chris their Mechanic made it happen at no cost to me. After having the truck for about a week I had some very repairable minor issues with it. I returned to the dealership and Chris handled the minor issues. 1 week later, the truck developed a weird wobble and I brought it back and spoke to Paul the owner. Paul asked me what I wanted to do. He offered to fix it free of charge. He also offered to swap the truck out for another one at no additional charge to me. Paul was sincerely apologetic and explained that he only buys and sells the cleanest trucks around. I already knew that and I also understand that sometimes pieces of machinery have minds of their own. Paul was more concerned about me being a happy customer than losing money on the deal. He gave me a 2017 Ram 2500 4X4 with lower miles than my 2016. Pat handled all of the paperwork and contacted my bank and explained the situation. There were a couple of dings on the body of this truck and Paul had it fixed at a body shop for me. I had accessories on the 2016 and Chris removed and reinstalled them on my 2017. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
In closing, Trucks N Toyz is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle. They have the best inventory and the lowest prices around. They are straight forward and honest. Their customer service is the best around. They stand behind their vehicles when most dealerships would not. I am eternally grateful for the way that they have treated me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE WHERE I WILL EVER BUY A TRUCK!!! PERIOD!!! I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Miltimore Motors have been good friends of my family's for some time, mainly because my parents bought a car from them a few years ago and they were so impressed by the customer service, the inventory, and the way the cars were inspected and presented to us in a "no BS" way. So it was a no-brainer when I purchased my car from them. I was able to trade in my 2002 model for a 2015 car and the process took quicker than I thought. Drew assisted us and was personable, understanding, and kind. I drove over 2 hours to purchase my car and the trip was 100% worth it. I will never buy from other dealers ever again, so I am hoping Miltimore Motors stays in business for a very long time!
My experience was fantastic. From the sales person to the service man, it was a delight to step through the doors of Pietroske. I have never felt more at ease dealing on a car and this was the first time since my husband had passed away that I did this all on my own. Mike Wall took so much time in explaining everything to me and the deal he was able to get for me was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate that at no time did I feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. The staff at Pietroske should all be commended on a job well done. Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!
I received a great deal on both vehicles purchased at Culpepper Auto. It was so nice to shop for a vehicle and have the salesman answer my questions without getting that "pushy car dealer" feeling. Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.
I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
