The whole family took part in purchase, ensuring our 2 year old would like the new truck! From hoisting our son and NB car seat in and out of trucks, to arranging for change of address forms, to reading the vehicle for pick-up, the experience was easy, efficient, and fun! It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I live nearby and am always impressed with their inventory, so after deciding to upgrade my ride, I reached out via their website and Jamien called. This was my 1st diesel purchase, so I had many questions for him. Afterwards my wife and I decided to visit the dealership, where we test-drove 5 different trucks. It turned out to a very busy day for the dealership, but Jamien was patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. He also hooked me up with some performance mods as part of the deal, gave me a fair price on my trade, and has even taken care of some issues I discovered after the fact...at zero cost! Jamien has been great to work with before, during, and after the purchase. I have been 100% pleased with this place and highly recommend them. In a world full of used auto dealers, these guys stand out above the crowd!
Great place to buy a quality used truck. Fair and honest sales staff and I would not hesitate to recommend lime ridge auto to anyone. Loving my 2006 ram 2500 with the 5.9 and six speed manual. Was looking for a used diesel truck and this place offered one at a price that was too good to be true. I did my homework and was comfortable making the purchase. My experience with the guys inside was nothing short of fantastic. They were very personable and had a few people in the lot but still made sure to come talk to us when we pulled up. They pretty much left us alone to look at the truck and take it for a test drive, which was nice, no pushy salesmen tactics. We did discover a problem with the A/C on the truck we bought and they offered to fix it but since we didn't live nearby we negotiated the price instead, which they were willing to do since they didn't know about the problem.
Expectation management, if you are looking for a show truck, look somewhere else. This place specializes in "work trucks" and that definitely shows. Even the truck I bought has some very minor cosmetic flaws, but the engine and transmission are solid and should last me a very long time. The cosmetics aren't so bad and you really have to be looking for them to notice them. If you are like me and want a good solid, reliable, workhorse and you want to pay a very fair price for it, then you are in the right place and would be hard pressed to find a better place. I would recommend this place to anyone in the work truck market.

It was a pleasure dealing with Elvin and Tanner at Keystone Motors. We live in Western NY and searched far and wide for a van that met our criteria, which included originating in a Southern state, or a state with roads not exposed to winter salting. Elvin was friendly and conversational when I called about the van after seeing the listing online and provided me with great information. When we arrived at the dealership after driving 4.5 hrs we found the van in the condition described. In fact, it seemed even better. They sent us out on a test drive alone so we could really focus on getting to know the van and checking it out. We went on to check out another van that afternoon and Tanner held the van for us without a deposit until we confirmed with him that evening that we would purchase it the next day. The purchase process was easy and streamlined and Tanner even waited with us at the notary for our transport tags. The showroom and restrooms were very clean and very family friendly and had toys and books for our children to play with while we made the purchase. They had a good time there. Neither Elvin or Tanner were pushy, and we sensed a lot of integrity in both of them. There were no processing fees and they stuck to the price they gave me over the phone before we drove down which they had lowered from the original listing price. They did not present any unwanted add on warranties or guarantees, just a great vehicle in great condition. The work they had done to it was very professional. I drove it the 4.5 hours home and didn't have a single worry.

Saw a car here on cars.com and visited Brubaker's, and I have to say, the five star rating they have is well deserved. Wilmer Brubaker showed me around, gave me all the info I needed about the car I was interested in, didn't once seem like he was just trying to sell me a car - he wanted to be sure I had the right car for me. This was the first time I've bought a car myself, and I'd been to several dealers where the salesmen kept trying to point me towards the most expensive car, it was so frustrating. Not at Brubaker's. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process of getting the car was smooth and easy. I can't recommend them enough!
