I’ve owned Ford and Dodge diesels in the past, nothing compares to the L5P. The truck is comfortable, quiet and has an impressive torque range. Have not had it long enough to gauge mileage, so far it compares to the LML when it was new.
Came in for a quick service, on a Saturday. I was quickly greeted, and my vehicle was done before I was done working out! Perfect. I will be back.

Actually this was the perfect truck for my needs everything is what I wanted from gas engine to double cab even the color only concern I may have is fuel milage but with towing ability an very well equipped I think I can live with it

This truck is powerful, comfortable, plenty of leg room up front and in the back. Since it is a high country model, it has all the bells and whistles. Even a heated steering wheel, which I love. Only owned it for a year and will not give it up.

The handling of the truck is great response very well takes bumps well great power love the ride great fuel mileage very nice features one of the best looking trucks on the market right now

It's great milage is good and it has tons of power. Style is great. The dealer was fantastic didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.
They are great salesmen but don't trust their sweet talk. They make feel you good while buying the car and later on grab every opportunity to cheat you. I don't want you to be in my spot and get treated badly. I won't recommend a dealership who don't care about their customer relationship post sales and these people don't honor their word. You can find many better dealers than these people and better off. I bought a car a few months back. At the time, I am supposed to get two keys. But they could not find the key during sales asked me to come a later day to collect it. I followed them the next day. They could not find the key again and they are also not able to program the key as a person who does that is not available. As I live far away, sales manager clearly said me to get the key when I visit for my first service. When I returned back, they are charging me for getting me a new key and they don't want to honor their word. The reason, the previous sales manager left the dealership and they don't want to honor what their previous manager said. I did show them the proof of chat we had about the key, but they don't care. The new sales manager was rude and He verbally said, "I have to get back to my work" and he is getting aggressive in his voice. He utmost spent 2-3 mins of time while talking to me. He says dealership is not responsible for their previous employee's actions and words. I could two more pages about how they treated me and how professional they are. My only suggestion, forget that this car dealership even exists.

So far the pickup is fantastic. Love this Midnight edition 2500 with diesel. Very similar to my Tahoe inside, controls are very easy to use and figure out. The drive and comfort are very nice for adults and kids. Fuel economy is very good compared to my previous 8.1l Silverado. going to get a bed cover is about the only accessory I see necessary. Truck already has everything else you could need or want. Just wish it would clean it self.
I received a text from Davian McEwan and a follow-up phone call quickly. He found the vehicle I was looking for and made discounts where he could to give me the best price. I contacted multiple dealerships across the state and they were $1000 dollars cheaper than very good deals from other dealerships.
When they heard about my family’s situation, they offered to drive the car from Atlanta to Kingsland, GA.
I walked in the dealership at 4:00 and had test driven and purchased by 7:30.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
I bought a 2015 Nissan work van and I only received one key and I asked them about an extra key they basically told me that I had to go to Nissan and the key has a chip in it
