The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...

This was one of many dealers listed and that we wanted to visit. We visited on our way home from Wisconsin.
They had a good suv on the lot with the stuff we wanted. The pricing was very similar to other web sites.
Salesman Edgar was very polite, knowledgeable and NOT pushy.
We could negotiate the price. The car was clean (good shape for the price) but needed gas.
This dealer was 45 mi from our home but worth our trip.
The only bad part was the terrible background music played at the dealership.
The used car manager Mike Pandocchi is a genuine person. He will send you to the right person to sell you the car you want and if there is a problem he will follow through on it. Flag Chevrolet is lucky to have him. The dearship has changed management and they really want to earn your trust and business.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

I needed an oil change bad but could not wait. I cant beleive they gave me a loner vehicle and even came and picked it up after it was done at my work. I have even had work done in the past that was more major and they did great. Never an issue.
I went to there parts department to get couple gaskets for my pickup. They found the gaskets right away. Before they could ring me up, the power started going on and off from the storm. Thought I was stuck there for a while. The power finally stayed on but their computer was slow to boot up. He said will just use the computer at the from desk. That booted up much faster. We were done after about 15 minutes. I asked if I could put my part in a bag as they are very small and easy to lose. Said sure thing. He was very polite and I'm glad I went to this dealership i. Would put 5 stars, but I only delt with the parts department and didn't want to give the dealership itself too much credit.
