My wife and I have been looking for a work van for my plumbing business.... Seen the van a few weeks ago online and thought just to far to drive 1 hour 20 minutes.... Kept looking locally but nothing to fit my needs and budget.... Called one night just before closing and D.J. the owner answered..... Very friendly talked about the van and I told him we would like to come see it.... He said sure I will put a hold on it for you and have it cleaned up and ready for you when you get here.... Got there very friendly and courteous drove the van liked everything about it .... Talked with D.J. his mechanic and Adam and made a deal quick and painless .... Compared to dealing with any of the big 3 these guys were great.... Told him up front we had our own financing lets get down to the bottom dollar price out the door and we did.....Signed the papers he filled the van up for us and off we went.... Great group of guys to deal with.... Will recommend to my friends and buy from again ....
I bought this 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 from Danny Voss at Autoland Outlet in July 2015. I was hesitant to purchase from a dealer in another state (I'm from Nevada). My wife was even more hesitant and begged me not to do it siting many unseen problems. Danny, however, calmed all the nervousness and worked with me on everything. The car was exactly as advertised, the pice was reasonable and the service was exemplary. He helped with my shipping needs and the car arrived without a scratch. The only negative I see is that Autoland is too far away to recommend to my friends & family here in Reno. Other than that it was worth the wait. Thank you Danny & Adam for your help and support. I needed an oil change bad but could not wait. I cant beleive they gave me a loner vehicle and even came and picked it up after it was done at my work. I have even had work done in the past that was more major and they did great. Never an issue.
Today I bought a mint 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax from Autoland Outlets. They had exactly what I was looking for but to be honost I read the reviews and went there not expecting what was advertised and typical used car riff-raff. Contrary to my expectations the truck I went to see was above and beyond what I expected. Yes, it was a bit over "blue book" value but it was a low mile one owner thuck that was perfect. I really did get what I paid for and was very happy. The staff, Danny voss inparticular, was an A-1 profesional salesman who was 100% honost with me from the start. In fact, I had the oppurtunity to talk with most of the staff while they were doing my paperwork and I found they really do have a true passion for this niche vehical both in sales and service. Without a hesitation I would reccomend Autoland Outlets to anyone who is looking for a true hand picked nice vehical and will certianly check with them when time comes for service or purchacing another fleet vehical for my company. check them out if you are in the market for something your interested in that they are advertising. they won't "preasure" you into anything and you will be happy with what you see. I went to there parts department to get couple gaskets for my pickup. They found the gaskets right away. Before they could ring me up, the power started going on and off from the storm. Thought I was stuck there for a while. The power finally stayed on but their computer was slow to boot up. He said will just use the computer at the from desk. That booted up much faster. We were done after about 15 minutes. I asked if I could put my part in a bag as they are very small and easy to lose. Said sure thing. He was very polite and I'm glad I went to this dealership i. Would put 5 stars, but I only delt with the parts department and didn't want to give the dealership itself too much credit.
As the Service and Parts Director here at Alan Browne Chevrolet customer service is always the first and foremost concern that I have. In fact, I was a long time customer here before coming to work here and service was part of the reason I took this job. I have never experienced a dealership that does as much as Alan Browne to make its customers happy. We strive to make sure every customer has a good service experience. To Cld in Genoa, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred, but sometimes we cannot control the timing and accuracy of parts delivered to us. We work on all make and models of vehicles here and received the wrong parts for your car, we had to re-order original equipment parts for your car. I tried to mitigate your inconvenience by personally calling your family and getting you a rental car free of charge. I will always be honest in telling customers the status of their vehicles and I explained to you that the part we ordered to repair the parking brake did not fix the problem and we had to explore further. I left the new part in your vehicle and did not charge you and explained we needed to take your car for reprogramming of the vehicle which we facilitated. We apologize that the repair on your vehicle took longer than expected but your vehicle was repaired correctly at less than the quoted price.

I baught a 1998 dodge ram 2500 diesel from autoland. The description matched the truck perfectly and it was everthing they said it was. I drove 2 hours away from Naval Station Great Lakes to look at the truck. I loved is and they were able to work with me on the truck. I took the truck home and it seemed to run a little rough. I immediatly called autoland and told them what was going on. They instructed me to bring the truck back to them and let them look at it and told me they would fix whatever is wrong because they stand buy their trucks and dont want to have an unhappy customer. I dropped the truck off and in a few days it was repaired. Autoland spent well over a thousand dollars on an injector pump and lift pump for my truck and did not charge me a dime. I couldnt ask for better service and appreciation from them. Props goes out to them. I would reccomend this place to anyone and hope to do future business with them.
Bocker always does a great job! The service dept is friendly and professional. Love that they vacuum the interior after an oil change. I've purchased several cars there, and have all service work done there. I trust them to do good work at a reasonable cost.
