Set up an appointment and took my 2015 Tahoe in to have 2 recall repairs completed. I was greeted by courteous staff and my vehicle was taken in for service. Within the expected time frame, I received a call that my vehicle service was completed and ready for pick-up. Upon my return my vehicle was brought out and I was ready to leave. This was a very pleasant experience with the service department.
I have had my Corvettes maintenance performed by Bob Bell service department since 2001 with my C5 , then I purchased a C6 and now I have a 2014 C7 Stingray (one of the very 1st sold bought it Oct.2013) . I cannot say enough about the service Dept. They have always been polite ,accommodating and very knowledgeable on serving my Corvettes. However I must admit other then typical maintenance oil change ect. I have only had 2 major problems since 2001 needed a transmission rebuild on my 2001 (covered by warranty and a flailed monitor /radio screen on my Stingray also covered)
I drove 2 hours with my daughter to take a look at a car in the showroom. I was greeted at the door (never had to open it myself) by some of the staff and directed to my salesman, Justin Brown. The car was pre-discounted fairly on cars.com and Justin wanted to put me in the car today (of course). He had offered additional incentives and used his employee discount to sweeten the deal on an extended warranty. We left feeling like we got a deal and enjoyed the ride home. Thanks
Wonderful customer service from Alisha! Only bad spot was the car was supposed to be cleaned and detailed before I left the lot, and it obviously wasn't fully detailed. However, I contacted Alisha, she had me bring the car in, it was fully detailed and they even filled up my tank! Very happy!
My experience at Koons was nothing less than extraordinary. Micaiahs service was awesome. He kept his communication with me at all times, he went over & beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I would recommend anybody who???s looking for results to come to Koons. I honestly have nothing negative to say at all & i appreciate everybody who was involved in helping me get my new car.

A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. I was lucky i pulled over in time avoiding a disaster and a nice lawsuit if something worse happened. I know this is not everyone, but they need a quality check to avoid mishaps.
We’ve been through so many car dealerships that were so negative that we had a specific amount to work with. The others were pushy and all about the money. Michelle is God sent! Even tho I had to cancel on her once before she was still so eager to help my mother and I find a car! She was very patient and so flexible.

I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
Car buying can be stressful and tedious, but Joe Kopp, our sales associate at JBA minimized the downsides. He worked hard to get us the lease deal we wanted on a 2018 Malibu and succeeded. JBA undersold other dealers we patronized. We live in the Towson area, so the drive to Glen Burnie, while relatively long, was well worth it. A diligent, hard working sales associate, friendly staff and a solid deal - what more could one ask?
