I and my family have bought more than a half dozen vehicles (new and pre-owned) from Chuck Fairbanks, and have never had a bad experience. My oldest son and his wife are stationed in Gulfport MS and live on a Navy budget, and Jeff Sorrels worked his magic and got them a great deal on a certified pre-owned SUV for their growing family. My middle son was stationed in Groton CT and purchased a new Chevy Spark through Jeff, and he made it as easy as can be. My wife and I have bought several cars, a couple of trucks, and most recently a new Tahoe to haul all of our grandkids around. Jeff was a Rockstar, and got everything my wife wanted in her vehicle right down to the upgraded wheels. We'll continue to purchase vehicles from Jeff and Chuck Fairbanks, and hopefully our grandkids too.

I bought a truck from them after shopping online for a few months, found the best deal here and the price online was accurate. Todd was great talked to him for a bit before coming in so was able to get everything set up. He made the process easy and was an awesome salesman! The finance department was great! After having another dealerships finance manager add $4500 to a deal on a car in the past I was very cautious but the finance department here was great and couldn't have asked for a better car buying process!!! Highly recommend Hiley Chevrolet!
