BESIDES GOING INTO SURGERY, GOING TO A CAR DEALERSHIP WAS ALWAYS PAINFULL. KATIE PETRY HAS TAKEN THE PAIN OUT OF BUYING A CAR. I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! I felt like a valued customer even when I had chose not to make a decision that day.

This is the 2nd Subaru i have purchased from Huebner Subaru and Katie Petry again did a great job ! Also the finance procedure was painless , he did a nice job also. He even refunded me for the remaining warranty from my 2013 Subaru Outback! The service dept. did an outstanding detail and cleaning of my car before i picked it up! This car was a 2018 Subaru Forester and the other one was a 2013 Subaru Outback..I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good car at a reasonable price. While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!
