I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
My service tech, Craig has been working on my cars for years now and always does a terrific job. Thank you. My 2012 Explorer had almost 100,000. Miles and had no serious problems, Craig kept the car serviced. Wanted a new Explorer 2018 and Don Rice got me into one and out the door within a short time. So service time and buying time always a nice time here

Everyone at this dealership was amazing, and when I say everyone I mean I believe I met everyone when I was purchasing my new car. They all came to greet me at one point, asked if I needed anything and then the salesman took me to meet the service advisors, and parts employees before I left so I would be familiar with their names and faces in the future!!! Shaun was my exceptional sales person, I can't say enough good things about him, extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Johnny in finance is a master at what he does!! He managed to get everything just as I needed it and was quick and efficient with the arrangement!!! If you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle PLEASE give this dealership a try.
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
I like the truck I bought. Thought it should come with tie downs and a hitch but I guess you have to spend extra for that. I bought the truck on a rainy night so it didn’t get cleaned. Been back a couple times since and I guess they just don’t want to wash it even when it’s written on an order to do so. They did change a cracked tail light that was unnoticed which I appreciate. I paid for some tie downs but they weren’t ordered after I left costing me a wasted trip, but they are making that right now. So overall it’s ok. But the service and parts departments are struggling customer service wise.

I knew this would not be the normal high-pressure, car-buying experience the first time I contacted them. Instead of selling me on everything about the truck I was inquiring on, Leo made sure I knew the imperfections. He took personal responsibility to inform me since I was out-of-state. The imperfections were few and small, but he wanted to make sure I knew about them. Although I did not buy that truck, I knew I would be buying from them. A couple days later, they got a truck in that was exactly what I was looking for. A high quality, low mileage used truck at a fair price. No gimmicks, no endless list of fees, just an honest deal. I'll be buying from them again!
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
Another great experience at Town East Ford. This being the 3rd car we have purchased this year from Town East Ford I am still impressed by the efficiency and courtesy they provide. Shopping online is super easy, they find you what you want, they make the negotiation easy and the finance process is informative and helpful.
