Everyone at this dealership was amazing, and when I say everyone I mean I believe I met everyone when I was purchasing my new car. They all came to greet me at one point, asked if I needed anything and then the salesman took me to meet the service advisors, and parts employees before I left so I would be familiar with their names and faces in the future!!! Shaun was my exceptional sales person, I can't say enough good things about him, extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Johnny in finance is a master at what he does!! He managed to get everything just as I needed it and was quick and efficient with the arrangement!!! If you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle PLEASE give this dealership a try.
I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
My service tech, Craig has been working on my cars for years now and always does a terrific job. Thank you. My 2012 Explorer had almost 100,000. Miles and had no serious problems, Craig kept the car serviced. Wanted a new Explorer 2018 and Don Rice got me into one and out the door within a short time. So service time and buying time always a nice time here

My last experience at Britain Chevrolet Service was due to a minor one-car incident. A wheel needed to be repaired and 2 tires replaced, along with an alignment. Because I had coverage, they supplied a loaner car for the few days it took to have an outside company repair the wheel. The great service department took care of everything in a professional manner. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Since purchasing my Chevy Cruze two years ago from Britain, their service department has done all the work on my car. They always do a fantastic job in a timely manner. Mostly I’ve had just scheduled maintenance, but also there was an oil pan that had to be replaced because I hit something, and the windshield got cracked and had to be replaced. Their work is always top notch, and they treat me well, greeting me with a smile, calling me by name, and being professional. I’m really glad I bought my car at Britain and found their service department!
I have been car shopping several weeks. I have been watching prices at several dealerships and when you go in to these dealer ships they try to give you the run around. I was very impressed with Sulphur springs dodge. Yes I knew what I wanted before I walked in but they didn't add any extra costs to my price I found listed on their one of their vehicles. I was in and out within 2 hours. I will be back to buy other vehicles when I need them. if you are looking for a vehicle go see Zach. promise you wont be disappointed

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!

We had a great experience-they had the Pacifica that we were looking for and worked with us to get the price we wanted. We were very happy and drove away by noon with the car we wanted. Have already recommended 1 friend.
I have been looking for a vehicle for several months now... I have made contact will a few dealerships in order to ask questions & discuss pricein & financing. I have not made a purchase yet... But this dealership has been extremely helpful & informative through out this process. I hope that we can get together soon so that my hunt for a vehicle will be over.
