It was a very good experience to visit De Anda Auto Sales in Storm Lake. It was a very and easy trip and process at the dealership.

When it runs right it’s not a bad truck. It’s comfortable on trips and looks good. How ever it is painfully expensive to have repaired. 90% of shop won’t even work on diesels and the ones that do charge a lot.
Very understanding They Try their best to accommodate your needs and work with you as much as possible Very reliable very reasonable very flexible Excellent customer service

First.....and last diesel, as this one will last. 100k now, and drives like new. Tows my rv like a dream. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My Silverado 1500 gasser was good, but not for towing in the mountain passes. This beast is built to tow! Keeping everything stock for now.
I would strongly encourage anyone shopping for a different vehicle to give these guys a try. They can appreciate good clean quality trades and will sell you the same. they are easy and honest to deal with, and worth making a drive to see them, if you are from farther away. I have always been a strong Chevy buyer, and I have found my go to dealer, for any future purchases! Make the switch!
Has good and bad points

The truck is a little under powered. There are some rattles that should not be there. The hook up for the safety chains and receiver for the hitch are a 1 or 2 out of 5. The ride is quite comfortable.
It’s not my first truck but is my first 2500hd diesel. It had 228k miles on it when I purchased it. Naturally, buying something used with higher mileage, there’s going to be things wrong that need fixed. 12k miles in owning it and all I have done so far is change the oil. I need ball joints and u joints changed soon. It smokes a little and has an oil leak that will get fixed too, but overall I’m super happy with it.
I love this truck! The dependability and power of the Duramax diesel is unmatched... and the Allison transmission makes it all the better. This truck served me faithfully for years, offers plenty of interior comforts and tows extremely well.
I just bought this truck, It has 177000 on the odo. The engine runs strong and the tranny seems tight. I had to replace the rear bumper (rusted to pieces) and the rocker panels could use some attention (once again rust). Other than that, it's still a very nice truck.
I towed a 29 ft camper up some long, steep hills and it never seemed overloaded. I drove it at 60-65 and it never complained.
I only paid 4K for the thing and I feel it was money well spent...
