I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
This place is awesome the Manager is AWESOME!! I worked with Casey and she was the very best! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car that I wanted!! I would definitely purchase from them again!!
Well I hate to do this but I did give them several opportunities to earn my business but they failed. Response time was slow or none at all via email and when I asked for an appraisal estimate on my vehicle that I was looking to trade in, I never received one. I have moved on and purchased elsewhere.
Had a lot of very nice vehicles on the lot but still out of my price range. Looking for a good used truck that is in great shape. All in all well trained salespeople, very knowledgeable about what's to offer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated with the best customer service that continued throughout our visit and buying process. Jace greeted us with a smile and actually listened to our needs and concerns. I wish every buying experience could be exactly like this. The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, don't leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. God Bless!
